Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Southfield, MI, offering in-home and clinic-based care with full- or part-time options. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to implement individualized ABA plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: Split pay model $55 - $75 Billable / $30 Non-Billable

• Scheduling Options:

  • Full-time 25 Billable hours / 15 Non- Non-Billable

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
