Akoya Behavioral Health in Farmington Hills is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and ensure high‑quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Pay Range: Split pay model Billable and Non Billable hours

• Scheduling Options:

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family‑centered ABA care

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in‑home visits
