Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs and supervise RBTs. This role offers in-home, clinic-based, and hybrid options across Flat Rock, MI, with flexible full- or part-time schedules.

The BCBA will develop individualized ABA plans, assess progress, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure high-quality care. A BCBA certification and Michigan licensure are required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Michigan state license (or eligibility).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
  • Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.

Split Pay Rate $65 Billable $30 Non Billable

  • Pay Range: $65/$30 depending on experience and role type

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
