Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with in-home, clinic-based, or hybrid options to support diverse client needs.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and teams, and ensure data-driven, high-quality care. A strong BCBA credential, Michigan license, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: Split pay model Billable and Non Billable hours

• Scheduling Options:

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
