Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Flat Rock, Michigan, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time work. Positions can be in-home, clinic-based, or hybrid, with a split pay rate of $65 billable / $30 non-billable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.
