Akoyabh in Flat Rock, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time or part-time position. This role offers the flexibility of in-home, clinic-based, or hybrid schedules.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs

• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress

• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills

• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices

• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $65/$30 depending on experience and role type

• Scheduling Options:

  • Full-time 25 Billable Hours / 15 Non Billable Hours
