Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with individuals on the autism spectrum in the Los Angeles area.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise therapists while collaborating with a team of behavior professionals to drive client progress. The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree-equivalent education must include relevant field.
• BCBA certification through the BACB is required or in good standing.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background clearance and maintain clear record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Provide supervision to staff, including RBTs and BCBA candidates.
• Monitor client progress and prepare detailed progress reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and ensure CEUs and ongoing supervision hours.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis
