Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Current BCBA certification with BACB.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS-based plans.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection.

About Us

We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.
