Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Los Angeles area to assess individuals on the autism spectrum and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. You will supervise RBTs and BTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time candidates, with competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000/year for full-time; part-time from $50/hour) and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification through BACB. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis
