Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to join our Colorado team. You will assess clients, design and implement ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.
• Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans with clients.

• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans and supervise technicians.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Sign-on Bonus for Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA is $3k!

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
