Little Champs ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Vermont to assess, design, and implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. The role involves collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven program adjustments, and ongoing staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification and Utah LBA licensure, and will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must be licensed with the Utah licensing board as an LBA.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with treatment teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
