BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Spanish Speaking) HYBRID!
Description:
Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for clients.
Sign-on Bonus $$$$
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
- Design behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
- Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.

Requirements:
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
