Little Champs ABA in Colorado is seeking a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team hybrid. You will assess, design, and implement ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians to improve client outcomes.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
Design behavior intervention plans
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
