Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide home-based ABA services for clients on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA in Tennessee. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring fidelity through training staff and coordinating with families.

Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, supporting insurance submissions, overseeing BTs through BST, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis in home settings.
• Ability to supervise and train BCaBA/BT staff.
• Strong data collection and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home-based assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with intake evaluations in clients' homes.
• Support Functional Behavioral Assessments as delegated.
• Assist with insurance coordination for treatment plans.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Perform BST-based staff training and supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for PHI.
• Develop and modify Behavior Intervention Plans with BCBA sign-off.
• Collect and analyze client data to adjust goals and BIPs.
• Provide direct services as needed.
• Ensure safety and crisis escalation procedures are followed.
