Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and other direct staff, providing feedback and training.
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress.
Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to optimize care plans.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies and home practices.
Ensure ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
