Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD to develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum.

You will provide direct clinical services, train caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes, with ongoing assessments and progress monitoring in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need.
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
