Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists).
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
