Job summary
Big Dreamers ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking a talented BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, provide direct clinical services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve strong outcomes. The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification or eligibility, Maryland LBA licensure, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
- Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists).
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors.
- Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
