Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical care by conducting functional assessments, designing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.

You will work closely with families and care teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven outcomes tailored to each child's daily environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LBA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing field supervision to RBTs to ensure fidelity.
• Train and coach parents through regular sessions.
• Monitor client progress data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with daycare staff, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per BACB guidelines.
