Descrizione del lavoro

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant / BCBA to partner with school teams in Suffolk County, NY. The role involves conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and delivering data-driven behavioral supports aligned with educational goals.

Travel between assigned districts is expected, with on-site consultation and staff coaching. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time roles and generous options for part-time staff, including holidays, PTO, insurance, and professional development.

Competenze

Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
NYS BCBA/BCABA Certification and/or LBA required.
Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families.
NYS Driver's License and Proof of Insurance required.
Bilingual is a plus.

Mansioni

Partner with school staff, teachers, aides, related service providers and families to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function of behavior and effective interventions.
Design, implement, and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans aligned with student goals.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
Deliver on-site consultation and staff coaching across districts.
