Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant/BCBA in Syosset, NY. The role is part-time with potential for full-time or fee-for-service, with hours Monday–Friday 4pm–6pm and compensation of $75–$80 per hour.

The position offers full-time benefits for those meeting full-time hours, support for professional development, and opportunities to travel between districts providing on-site consultation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or Psychology.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• NYS Driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school teams to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function and intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
