Job summary

Life Unlimited seeks a Behavior Analyst to manage a caseload of individuals served by the ABA Services Department. You will conduct functional assessments, develop and train on behavior support plans, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.

The role requires BCBA credentials, MO licensure, and experience with IDD in residential or community settings. You will collaborate with staff and report to the Director of ABA Services. Expect full-time or part-time hours depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with BACB
• Licensed in Missouri and maintain licensure
• Minimum 2 years with adults with IDD, residential or community-based setting preferred
• Experience implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans
• Ability to interpret data and develop reports
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals as assigned by the Director of ABA Services
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and related analyses
• Develop, implement, and train caregivers on behavior support plans
• Create and analyze data collection instruments and graphed data
• Report monthly progress by the 15th of each month
• Maintain monthly billing units and track via spreadsheet
• Stay current with ABA trends to improve service delivery
• Provide supervision to ABA Specialists when assigned
• Ensure license requirements are maintained
