Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver, Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team using ESDM-informed strategies.

The base pay ranges from $81,000 to $103,500 per year, with a sign-on bonus up to $8,000 and an annual performance bonus up to $3,800. Hybrid schedule and strong onboarding support included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA, special education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience with ABA early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (we provide training, ESDM experience not required)
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume
