Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to join a dedicated team delivering play-based, ABA-centered care for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting. You’ll design naturalistic ABA programs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers, and follow ESDM-informed strategies with strong clinical leadership support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification required
• ABA early intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized naturalistic ABA for children 2–6 in a center-based setting
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists and medical providers on assessments and treatment plans
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training
• Conduct standardized assessments, monitor progress and adjust plans based on data
• Engage families with clear guidance and support
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care
