Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado Springs is seeking a BCBA clinician to deliver naturalistic ABA for children aged 2-6 within a center-based, collaborative setting.

You’ll work with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers in an integrated care model, with strong onboarding, ongoing training in ESDM, and clear paths for clinical growth; hybrid option and generous compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with supported training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
