Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Behavior Analyst - BCBA to join our ABA clinic in Brookfield, WI. You will conduct FBAs, design data-driven BIPs, and monitor client progress while ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and company policies under clinic leadership.

The role requires current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with 2+ years of autism-related clinical experience. Travel between sites and occasional non-standard hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience (three+ preferred) supporting individuals with autism and related disabilities.
• Ability to travel between sites and adjust schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics standards and regulations.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop BIPs.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to monitor client progress and intervention effectiveness.
• Model behavioral strategies and coach staff on ethics and practice.
