Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic, a division of the national nonprofit Hope, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver ABA services to children ages 2–8 and coordinate with families and clinicians. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment, and collaborative care in a multi-disciplinary setting.

You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, parent training, and ongoing data review, while contributing to a supportive clinic culture that aims to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and active BCBA credential or 5+ years of experience in applied behavior analytic services.
• Thorough understanding of ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides ethical, evidence-based ABA services to assigned clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Manages caseload, develops goals and treatment plans, and collaborates with families and staff.
• Completes documentation promptly and participates in staff training and interdisciplinary collaboration.
