Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred).
• BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCaBA or under a BCBA.
• At least 2 years of experience with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners by administering various Behavioral Assessments.
• Create individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Monitor implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide feedback.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
• Capture opportunities to teach staff and learners in the natural environment.
