PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification as per state laws.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients physically and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as client and family progress.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
