Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, ensuring high-quality services for clients in home, school, and community settings.

As a BCBA, you will mentor staff, analyze data, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress, while maintaining work-life balance and ethical practices aligned with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentialing per local/state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
