You will create and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients and families. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
