PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff and RBTs, and ensure high-quality services for clients in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Must hold a related degree and meet local/state licensure requirements
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
