Qualifications

• BCBA certification or BCaBA with good standing
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to mentor staff and supervise RBT/analysts

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies
