Job summary

PBS is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering ethical, client-centered ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

As a BCBA/BCaBA at PBS, you will supervise and mentor assistants, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes while upholding BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
