Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification requirements vary by state and locality.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create a responsive PBS-based system to meet client needs and improve quality of life.
• Build an organization that attracts competent professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
