Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise behavior plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care while supporting family outcomes.

The role involves supervising teams, collaborating with families and professionals, and applying PBS principles across home, school, and community settings to achieve durable quality of life changes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
