Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), dedicated to ethical, person-centered care and improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges across home, school, and community settings.

We are seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, train staff, and collaborate closely with families to drive meaningful, lasting progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in client settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies
