Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise high-quality ABA programs for children with autism. You will lead assessments, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure data-driven, evidence-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
