Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst / BCaBA to lead behavior-analytic programs in San Juan, PR. The role includes supervising RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality care for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Master’s degree is required; active BCBA certification is required.
