Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and support clinicians pursuing BCBA certification.

Expect to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment in San Juan, PR. The role requires active BCBA certification, a master's degree, and eligibility to initiate licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background/drug screen and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
