Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in San Juan, PR. The role focuses on designing and supervising ABA programs, conducting assessments, and guiding RBTs and caregivers to deliver high-quality care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA credential with eligibility for licensure in Puerto Rico.
• Initiate local licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Guide RBTs and caregivers in program implementation.
• Conduct functional and preference assessments to inform interventions.
• Be willing to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Carry out other typical BCBA activities.
