Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a BCBA to design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs in a center-based setting. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional assessments, and support staff pursuing BCBA certification weekly.

Required: Master's degree and active BCBA certification, with licensure initiation as applicable. Competitive compensation includes relocation support, sign-on, housing stipends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure process initiation may be required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
