Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a BCBA in San Juan, PR to design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. You will oversee the work of RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and support colleagues pursuing BCBA certification.

We offer a starting rate of $85K per year with relocation support up to $15K, plus mentorship and opportunities for growth within a clinical infrastructure dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active BCBA certification
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance)
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
