We are seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise team members, and travel to client locations to deliver high-quality ABA services in home, school or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for licensure and credentialing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, families, and stakeholders
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school or community
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS ethical guidelines
