Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites compassionate BCBAs/BCaBAs to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA services, mentor staff, and coordinate across home, school, and community settings to help individuals reach meaningful goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, robust benefits, CEU access, quarterly conferences, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Sign-on bonuses are available in select areas for full-time, exempt staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification may apply per state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
