Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families affected by autism.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school and community settings, while upholding BACB ethics and PBS standards. Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
