PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA therapy plans, supervise assistants, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. You will work across home, school, and community settings, ensuring high-quality services while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies.

The role emphasizes client-centered goals, data-driven treatment adjustments, and mentorship within a supportive team culture that values work-life balance and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and certification requirements per local/state regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create responsive PBS systems to meet needs of individuals and families.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
