Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design, supervise, and refine ABA programs for clients across home, school, and community settings. Lead teams, mentor staff, and ensure ethical, outcome-focused care in alignment with BACB standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven treatment, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive PBS culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• All roles conform to local and state licensure/credentialing requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients on-site, including floor-time activities and physical assist as needed (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
