Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and mentor team members while ensuring exceptional, ethical client care.

You will work across home, school, and community settings, collaborating with families and professionals to drive meaningful skill development and behavior change, aligned with BACB guidelines and PBS values.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
