Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and work closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Include a related degree and licensure as required by state.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, analysts, and team members.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to meet client goals.
• Ensure ethical practice per BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
